LPGA International Arthur Hills Course
FRIDAY MORNING GOLF OUTING AND LUNCH AT LPGA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CLUB WITH HOST ERIC DARIUS
Join our host Eric Darius on Friday morning at LPGA International Golf Club for a best ball golf outing beginning at 8:30 am, followed by lunch at the LPGA Clubhouse in Malcolm’s Bar & Grill. Enjoy 18 holes of golf on the Golf Digest 4-star rated Arthur Hills designed 6,984 yards par 72 course following their recent $2.5 million green renovation, enjoyable for both beginners and experienced players alike. Per person cost of $140 includes 18 holes, shared cart rental, and lunch (transportation to the course NOT included). Titleist Premium rental clubs are available for an additional fee. Non-playing guests may ride along and join for lunch ($50) WITH a playing guest. (Due to scheduling limitations, the Golf Outing options must be purchased by October 15, 2024 and cannot be cancelled after that date.) Concert Seating Info & Additional Person Packages
CITY View and pool View Room Packages
When you select a City View or Pool View Room package, your concert seating will be in the Gold Reserved Seating area (total seating limited). A limited number of seat upgrades are available for $200 per person.
Oceanfront and oceanview Room Packages
When you select an Oceanfront or Oceanview Room package, your concert seating will be in the Gold Reserved Seating area (total seating limited). A limited number of seat upgrades are available for $200 per person.
Oceanfront suite packages
When you select an Oceanfront Suite (Cabana, Terrace, Atlantic or Clock Tower) or King Terrace Room package, you are able to choose your concert seats from the Blue or Premium Gold Reserved Seating area (total seating limited).
Third or Fourth Person In The Same Room Package
A third or fourth person staying in a room purchased through the Florida Smooth Jazz Weekend authorized representative may purchase the concert/meal package for each additional person for $1000 ($1200 in suites). No more than four persons in one room.
Safety Policy and Package Purchase Information:
The Florida Smooth Jazz Weekend 2024 will be conducted in compliance with all current local, state, federal, CDC and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines. If the event cannot be presented in a manner that follows the safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at the time of the event, it will be cancelled or postponed, and refunds or rollovers to the postponed event will be offered.
In order to provide a safe environment for everyone in attendance including performers, guests and staff, we expect everyone, including all guests, to comply with current safety rules, regulations, and guidelines during the event. Guests who do not comply will forfeit their tickets to attend the Florida Smooth Jazz Weekend events without refund. We also expect any guest who has symptoms that may be associated with COVID-19 (fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, new loss of smell or taste, sore throat, nasal congestion or runny nose, conjunctivitis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) or recently diagnosed with COVID-19 (even if asymptomatic) not to participate in group events. Your purchase of travel insurance (within 14 days of initial payment to provide widest coverage) is highly recommended for your protection.
Your purchase of a Florida Smooth Jazz Weekend 2024 package acknowledges your acceptance of the event safety policies, your voluntary attendance at the event, your approval to use your likeness in live broadcasts and future event marketing, and your acknowledgement of the no-refund policy for all payments made. While we are committed to provide a safe and clean environment, it is impossible for us to eliminate all risks from attending this event. Your purchase also acknowledges that you and your travelling partner will hold harmless The Florida Smooth Jazz Foundation Inc., Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, Daytona Beach Owner OPCO LLC, and any other individual or entity involved in the production of The Florida Smooth Jazz Weekend 2024, from all risks related to COVID-19 or other unforeseen events.
